This Martial Art becomes a tool to help them take control over their lives. The full body fitness workout not only assists in improving endurance, flexibility, strength, weight loss, and energy, but is also a major stress reliever from life's daily worries and concerns.

Incorporating a regular yoga practice into your training schedule has tremendous benefits on and of the jiu jitsu mats.

On the mat, yoga improves jui jitsu effectiveness through greater flexibility, breath control and mentally working through uncomfortable situations calmly. Off the mat, yoga improves sleep, peace of mind, flexibility and posture.

At Rising Tide, students are provided unlimited jiu jitsu and twice weekly yoga classes.
